Pentax K100D lens issue, which to buy?
I pretty much decided on the Pentax K100D as my first SLR (that $ 550 with 18-55mm, but if could get a Canon or Nikon for that amount w / original goal, would be open to that too). I'm going on a trip in Africa and want to know what goals are best to buy. I know the need for large landscapes, but I'm not sure what else would be a good choice. So what is the best lens for landscape two K100D lens and what should I study? Thanks!
If you can stretch your budget Pentax K20D is a better option because it is dust and water resistant. The kit lens with the K100D-200mm zoom and 55 years or even longer zoom should take care their needs. An important advantage of the Pentax is a camera stabilization Picture-in.
